Join us at Fen Ditton Gallery for our Autumn / Winter Group Exhibition
We are delighted to welcome back to the gallery renowned ceramicist Annie Turner, who first exhibited at the gallery in September 2022. She grew up beside the Deben learning to sail, swim and fish for herring using driftnets. Her passion for, and immersion in, this intertidal landscape was born of a working connection to the river which continues to exert major influence on her ceramic forms.
Other exhibition highlights include the introduction of Cambridge-based artist Tess Recordon to the gallery. Tess’ work explores the space between landscape and abstraction using the theme of travel and memory. These are not traditional landscapes showing a particular view or scene - but aim instead to capture the atmosphere, smell and essence of a place experienced over time.
This is an evolving exhibition with new works and artists being added throughout its course. These artists include:
