Inherited Lines: Tim and Kip Gresham
4th - 26th July 2026
An exhibition of works by Tim Gresham and his late father Kip Gresham, exploring artistic legacy, shared practice, and the subtle transmission of creative influence across generations.
Kip Gresham (1951–2024) was a prolific artist and one of the UK’s most respected master printmakers, renowned for his technical innovation and collaborative approach. His son, Tim Gresham (b. 1987) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work is characterised by a bold, intuitive use of colour and an interest in layered composition, balancing spontaneity with a deep understanding of material and process... an understanding he owes greatly to the influence of Kip and their time working together at The Print Studio, Cambridge.
This exhibition brings together a collection of new and unseen works by these two artists, shown together for the first time, with Tim commenting that “[It’s] something I’d wish we’d done whilst he was still with us”
Run by mother and daughter duo Lotte Attwood and Hannah Munby, both photographers by training, Fen Ditton Gallery has a particular interest in intergenerational dialogue. Kip was a dear friend and huge supporter of the gallery, and we are delighted to work with Tim, Jane and The Print Studio, Cambridge to present this exhibition.
The exhibition is open weekends 10am - 5pm until Sunday 26th July.
All works are for sale. For purchase enquiries, complete the enquiry form or by contacting info@fendittongallery.com
