Born in Slovakia, Jana Emburey now lives and works in Scottish Highlands. Her work mainly explores the concept of time perception, inter-connectivity and the human condition.
Emburey achieved a BA (1st class hons) Visual Arts at Leeds Metropolitan University in 2012 and has received the Highland Visual Arts and Crafts Award.
