Join us for an evening In Conversation with artist Agnes Treherne and Gallery Manager / Curator Hannah Munby, as they discuss Agnes’s practice and the ideas shaping her exhibition Kindred Land.

The conversation will explore Agnes’s relationship to landscape and place, the role of walking and observation in her work, and the influence of family and intergenerational exchange on her painting. Together, they’ll reflect on how everyday rituals, memory, and her relationships quietly inform the work, as well as the balance between lived experience and imagination in Agnes’s process.

The evening will include time for audience questions and informal drinks, offering a chance to continue the conversation amongst the works of art.
