About the artist:

Exploring various printmaking techniques – woodcut, collagraph, drypoint or block and relief print, - Ana Pacheco brings into the process her architecture background and imaginary approach: how Pacheco perceives and understands space and dimension. These allude to plans, sections or simply abstract spaces, evolving into a natural and intuitive dimension of its own. The juxtaposition and composition of the various designs and colours translate the process of thinking, visiting and revisiting mental spaces whilst designing and creating a space, until the final result is achieved.

Pacheco graduated in MArch BA (Hons) and has completed courses at Shadwell Centre Print Studio. She has exhibited her prints across the UK and in Lisbon.
